I ordered 4 pairs of trial glasses. They sent via Royal Mail which made it easy to arrange for a pick up when I wasn't in. The frames were good quality, much better than Glasses Direct. The return service was very easy via the website, and by attaching the return label to the original box. They received back quickly, and my online account showed the returns. Much, much better experience than Glasses Direct, who removed my Trustpilot review as they didn't like the response to their lack of response... Once I have my prescription I will definitely buy through Mr Spex.
The service itself is not bad, took a while for my glasses to be delivered but not a huge problem. The try on at home service is great.
I am really disappointed with the lenses though. I elected to have premium lenses and chose the super hydrophobic & blue light protection coatings. Not cheap extras. The problem is that the lenses have a yellow tint which I hate as it looks old fashioned and they pick up smudges & smears incredibly easy. Very disappointed to have paid so much for these extras

Service ok, disappointing product.

Great home service BUT….
Great home service trial however the glasses need to reach them in Germany before they send out the prescriptions ones. If that was mentioned then I would’ve returned the home trial and ordered the pair I wanted straight away. When I spoke to customer services they advised it could take 2-3 weeks and it’d been a week since I returned the home trial. Cancelled the order and went with another company. At least I know for next time.

Prescription Gucci sunglasses
I had a great experience dealing with Mister Spex, I made a mistake with my choice of lens but was easily rectified once I spoke to them.
They advices that the more expensive thinner lens wasn't advisable which saved me money.
I will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone to use.
