I recently ordered a Limbo for my arm and it turned out not to be tight enough to prevent water leaking into a bandage on my elbow. I raised my concern and was hugely impressed when I received a call the next day (from Victoria I believe). She checked my details and arranged for the next size down to be delivered free the next day. I only more companies in this day and age provided such superb customer service. Bravo Limbo.

Had to order on line as nobody available to take my order. Ordered online it didn’t tell me when it would be delivered. I called and was told Royal Mail tracking wasn’t working. It was delivered through letterbox & postage said first class letter...1 wonder why I paid £2.99 for a letter. Product ok but very boxy at the hand. I will stick with Amazon next time. Cheaper & quicker.

We send all products out Royal Mail First Class Large Letter which again doesn’t offer tracking, there are tracked services available. Concept good and keeps dressing dry but the rubber grip split after only a short period which was disappointing. Resulted in having to purchase another. Good for you but not me the customer. I should have complained but with health issues I didn't want the hassle. Refund welcome???

Excellent service, easily ordered online and it arrived the next day. This was to cover a lower arm plaster and, as a user, my only suggestion would be to shape the end (ie the hand cover) so as to fit better and allow fingers to operate a little.

I thought I ordered warm slipper socks. But it’s for people with a plaster on their foot. So not any use to me. I have an ulcer on my toe.

I didn't think it would work, and seal as I have very slim legs and was advised to get X large as I have an air boot. I have only used it once for my long awaited shower but hoping it will continue to keep my leg dry. The first time it did. It did take 6 days to arrive though.

Great product. Arrived quickly and the medium sized fit perfectly. Keeps my cast clean and stops it snagging on clothes and sheets. The colours don't match the website but they are very pretty. Good value for money.
