Super helpful employees from beginning to end. I needed a specific delivery day some four weeks ahead of ordering and the products arrived at the arranged time on the agreed date.
The quality of the Evoline cabinets is impressive to the point where my kitchen has been upstaged by the assembled product.
While being assembled I noticed a couple of issues - one panel was sized incorrectly and the beech worktop wasn’t level. A quick phone call and an email with a couple of photographs sent to Ricky was met with an apology and commitment to replace both items within 7-10 days. Three days after the phone call, the replacement items arrived. I can’t praise this service and product enough. Sadly my garage is still technically condemned but the aesthetics and durability of the Evoline storage units are able to overshadow my poor excuse for a garage.

Very professional, helpful and friendly service over the phone.
Build quality of the ‘Ecoline’ cabinets very good but paint finish on some was poor and had to be returned. Two cabinets had dents and were also returned. Replacements were sent without any quibble and quickly. These items were ordered during COVID lockdown, which could go some way to explain why these problems occurred.

The Motostor was delivered on the 2nd attempt, the 1st time I wasn't in, so the package was taken away again. Well packed and straight forward to mount on the wall. If I was being picky I'd would of liked a cradle or wall mount for the mains adaptor seeing as there is a holder for the remote. Great piece of kit anyway.
