When i thought there was a problem it was handled efficiently and politely. as it turned out there was no problem either.

First time used this company. Very helpful and plenty of updates so you know what is happening.

The whole purchase was easy, except for one thing - I paid via Paypal, and this replaced the delivery address with my own address, and I had to phone to correct this. Later on I still received an invoice with card and delivery address the same, so it was only on the day of delivery that I found it was delivered to the correct address.

Excellent service, particularly as you pointed out that I didnt need to buy a separate filter with the bulb. There was a slight glitch with the product but we were able to sort it out very quickly.
