I placed an order for an item which they subsequently found was out of stock. They made a great effort to let me know as soon as humanly possible so that I could choose something else to be sent at the same time as another item I had purchased. Having made another choice for which I was happy to pay the difference, they very kindly did not charge the additional amount as they wanted to ensure I remained a “happy customer”. Well done and thank you.

I ordered 2 cards on 4th February, and had confirmation that you had dispatched them that same day. From previous experience of Royal Mail, I expected to receive them within a maximum of 3 working days (ie by latest 9th February) which would be amply in time for my daughter's birthday on 10th February.
But they still had not arrived by 11th February - a full day after her special day! I am afraid I find this unacceptable!
