I used Love Kate’s to send a wedding card. As the recipients were on honeymoon when the card arrived I have no idea how long it took but they were delighted with it. The bride said it was unique and she loved that it was musical. I am happy with my order and would use this Company again.

The card was packaged very well and arrived in good time, good service.

The items I ordered were as expected 3 cards and one personalised Mr & Mrs glass block ( This was very nice and the presentation box of very high quality) On 2 of the cards I opted for the handwriting service (£1 per card) whilst not a lot of money I think I misunderstood what I was paying for! thought it would be my requested message printed in a nice font or penned in calligraphy but it wasn’t

The card is funny but was getting concerned when it had not appeared after a week. Never contacted customer service so cannot comment. Eventually appeared in time for the birthday.

I chose a message in a bottle 60th birthday card. Love the unusual design and I hope my friend will love it too. Delivery was free but took a while to arrive hence the 3* rating.

Royal Mail was a let down, they left no card to say they’d called. Not Love Kate’s’ fault. The pop up birthday card and mug ordered were great. My friend was very pleased.

Issues with multiple payments being taken for one delivery and being charged for multiple orders rather than the single one that was placed. However these issues were sorted extremely promptly.
