Love the cards and service. Just one problem when ordering multiple cards with writing option each card has to be ordered separately,meaning a lot of time and unable to take advantage of offers .

Wrong item sent

Delivery was very reasonably priced and it was one of only 2 that had the card I wanted to purchase. I would give 5 stars but a small part of the paper stock used had clearly been punched out of before the card was put together. Didn’t really bother me much and my mate thought his card was great.

Love love the cards, but the hand writing that I saw on my mums Mothers Day card, I was quite shocked, left me speechless, if I'm honest with you. I thought the hand writing was going to be written in a straight line, at least, but no, it started going up and up. I would have thought that Mum would have been in the top left hand corner of the card, not 2inches down , just does't look professional and you charge £1 to get hand writing like that, nothing was aligned. I am now in 2 minds whether to use Love Kates cards again, just because of the state of the hand writing. Its the first time Ive been shown the hand writing, I was truly gutted.

Quick and efficient service lovely gifts for my friend

I have been ordering a long time from Kate's as I am eightythree and can't get out to go and choose my cards.. But this time the internet played up and the card I wished to look through wouldn't come up and it took me two hours to finally get my 7cards thro ... Also the images are a little small for my eyes until I put them up larger which I find rather tricky as I have to do it every time with any card I think I might like ... But the service is brilliant as are the cards .. thankyou 😆

Delivery arrived much later but guess it was royal mail problems rather than supplier. The delay caused missed sending out cards on time for my Granddaughter's birthday 😔.

The quality of the card was excellent and is far ahead of any same product you can get in shop!!!

Really efficient service. Reasonably priced products with free delivery. The message in the bottle cards I bought are lovely, but the colours are a bit muted, and the white is more of a cream colour. However that is feedback is relevant to the card makers, not Love ❤️ Kates.

The card arrived on time and was well packaged which was good because one corner was bent,this did not affect the card. I knocked off one star because I thought the card would be bigger than it was.
