I placed an order for an item which they subsequently found was out of stock. They made a great effort to let me know as soon as humanly possible so that I could choose something else to be sent at the same time as another item I had purchased. Having made another choice for which I was happy to pay the difference, they very kindly did not charge the additional amount as they wanted to ensure I remained a “happy customer”. I ordered 2 cards on 4th February, and had confirmation that you had dispatched them that same day. From previous experience of Royal Mail, I expected to receive them within a maximum of 3 working days (ie by latest 9th February) which would be amply in time for my daughter's birthday on 10th February.
But they still had not arrived by 11th February - a full day after her special day! I am afraid I find this unacceptable!

While the cards were very pretty and nicely designed one of the cards had an insert that required the user to remove a thin guard over the glue in the fold and stick the insert onto this. Unfortunately, the glue did not work - maybe the card had been stored over-long and had dried out. I had to apply sellotape to attach the insert. Disappointing.

The card looked tired and old with some of the colour coming off at the back. The hand written message was on a sticker. It would have been nice to know that and understand where it was being put on the card.

Wanted an elephant themed 60th birthday card for a friend. Found one here on a Google search, site was easy to use. Card was delivered on good time but aside went straight to the recipient, cannot comment on the quality. My friend liked it.
