My order never arrived and I’m still waiting to be refunded, I will not be using this company again.

I paid for my order on 13/04/2022 but have never received it!

I still haven't received it.

I assume the cards are as lovely as described but due to local problems with Royal Mail they have not yet been delivered so may have to store them for next Christmas (if they ever arrive). I can see that they were promptly dispatched so no problems with your firm and I can understand that the virus is causing workforce problems for Royal Mail, just bad luck I suppose.

The wedding card I ordered was very nice and a decent size. However the brother card which is a lovely card, was disappointingly small, not at all the size I was expecting. OK, I know I should have read the size, but when I am ordering several cards, I don't tend to go through all the sizes for each card. Most of them seem to be your average sized card!

Very good online selection of all types of cards. Received in good time & condition. However I would like to know where cards are printed as I prefer to buy UK printed ones and many of these aren't. Also even weeks after Christmas many packs of Christmas cards were still full price or little reduced.

I used Love Kate’s to send a wedding card. As the recipients were on honeymoon when the card arrived I have no idea how long it took but they were delighted with it. The bride said it was unique and she loved that it was musical. I am happy with my order and would use this Company again.

The order came quite quick, however As my cup came in 2 pieces I would advise to wrap the cup in the box for protection as only the box had bubble wrap on the outside. Hopefully my next 1 will be in 1 piece. However they were quick at getting back to me and sending out a new 1.

Delivery time complaint only. Ordered standard unpersonalised card Mon a.m, despatched Tues, arrived Sat lunch time after birthday girl had left. No tracking until delivery. Would rather give extra to guarantee 1st class post. Beautiful card tho

How efficient they are in dispatching your order my personal message hadn't showed up on my order and they emailed me but I hadn't seen it until the next day but they still managed to get my order out and to the birthday girl on her birthday

Quality and selection of cards is excellent - I've yet to be disappointed! Only small gripe... delivery isn't as quick as it could be, so don't oreder anything for delivery in 2 or three days' time; you may well be out of luck.

The card was quickly dispatched Royal Mail 48 hours . It took 6 days to arrive. I am angry that the supplier is charged for a service they don’t get ! Excellent product excellent service, rubbish postal service.

A most entertaining card thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient! A good selection to choose from. Hope it keeps working ! A 5th star if a little more 3D embellishment around skating rink. Music sound quality good.

I loved the designs - a bit different. I liked how the card could be handwritten but there weren’t enough characters to write what I wanted to say. Excellent postal service and tracking

Great card at a reasonable price - took 6 days to arrive from the day of the despatched email though, so I would order earlier if possible next time, so as not to miss the birthday!

I loved the card ,my daughter loves giraffes. Without sounding picky would have preferred the writing to have been in black rather than blue . Thank you she loved it .☺

Overall I am happy with company only problem is one of the cards I ordered was a bit meh, the decorations on The card didn't allign and the googly eye was broke.

I thought that the cards would not arrive on time but arrived on the morning of my son's birthday. Cards are excellent and caused a good laugh with my family.

Ordered a pop up 3d train card as it's for a special Birthday. Card is good but very expensive £9 for what it is. Delivery good in a nice envelope...
