I have been ordering a long time from Kate's as I am eightythree and can't get out to go and choose my cards.. But this time the internet played up and the card I wished to look through wouldn't come up and it took me two hours to finally get my 7cards thro ... Also the images are a little small for my eyes until I put them up larger which I find rather tricky as I have to do it every time with any card I think I might like ... But the service is brilliant as are the cards .. thankyou 😆

Delivery arrived much later but guess it was royal mail problems rather than supplier. The delay caused missed sending out cards on time for my Granddaughter's birthday 😔.

Thank you for an excellent service from your team before Christmas. I ordered some musical cards and, despite leaving it late, the cards arrived in a couple of days. I was so impressed with the cards that I ordered others in the range, and they also arrived very quickly, so I was able to send them and they were delivered in time for the big day. Every one of the recipients sent me a message saying they were the best cards they had received this year and they had been given pride of place to show them off. A fantastic service for both orders, despite what must be high demand at this time of year, and excellent quality products. Also, very well displayed on the website, so it is very clear what you are receiving, and the online ordering process was very quick and helpful updates received subsequently giving progress on the processing of the order and dispatch. I ordered some family Christmas cards and found that there was a great choice available. The cards are excellent quality and were posted promptly so. I received them within two days of ordering them. I wholeheartedly recommend LOVE KATES for cards.

Was able to buy a very nice selection of cards for different occasions and get free postage. The cards were well packaged, no chance of them getting bent in transit. Will buy from Love Kates in future.

William Morris letter writing set ordered as a gift for my daughter. The set is just beautiful and was at a very reasonable price, also arrived in good time.
