Excellent if you're on a budget (You get what you pay for), kitchen products superficially look nice but the "devil is in the detail", we have purchased several Klarstein products and up close they are low-quality and poorly manufactured. With our Kitchen products (extractor and induction hobs) panels don't meet, the paint on the glass is rough and not even, the motors are slow and loud, panels and hinges very thin. One of our purchases is an induction hob (with an adapted UK plug) this is 3.5KW which is dangerously overpowered for the UK.
We also have three standard tall fans, these are on another level, they are brilliant (good quality, powerful and quiet) feels like two different companies when compared to the Kitchen appliances. That said for the price we are very pleased.
I received my package , Electric fire. In good time.
When I opened it I was very upset to find it broken.
After many emails I am still waiting for an answer to return it!
I placed an order with you and paid for the product I ordered. Ten days later you cancelled my order without any explanation. Bad service. I won't recommend you to anyone.

Rated 5 as products I ordered are just as advertised. I would have liked updates from delivery company once they had the goods... but klarstein customer services were great and quickly sorted delivery concerns and changed the date. The delivery driver was really obliging and careful. I have already recommended to two friends. Prices were excellent.

Noisy and disappointing lighting
Good extractor but much noisier than expected, light are poor and instructions not as clear as they could be.
No information on replacement bulbs and if you can find them the bulbs themselves are very expensive around £12 each. Also no option for warm or daylight.
Actual method of replacing could be simpler, currently requires removing two screws and the panel containing the lights, unclipping the bulb unit and disconnecting from

Tidy unit, only used eco with quick dry and 15 min fruit wash(for quick refresh/rinse)
Not keen on the horizontal cutlery trays but now leaving top one out unit bottom one filled. Top rack too high for my saucers, but learning what fits where to maximise capacity.
It is expensive but hopefully worth the money. Bought for size and colour
An amazing company to deal with, they give a date for delivery with items needing to cross through several countries yet they succeed in getting the timing just right. This is brilliant, then there is their goods. Absolutely top drawer Expresso machine manufacturers that deliver tastey coffees every time.
Cannot add the Taal to my network, the Klarstein Wonderwall infrared panel was not an issue adding to the Klarstein app.
Was able to add the Taal to my Smart Life app without an issue, it detected it automatically.
Good product otherwise, the heating aspect is good.

the control panel is not very touch sensitive and arranging the settings is rather complicated whereas it should be straight forward it took us an hour to get the thing programmed and are still not sure its right.
