I have not yet received the product, but based on the customer service, friendliness, response time, and helpfulness, this company could not have been more perfect. I’ve called on Thu asking if the team could deliver concrete at maniac by Sun, as it a gift.
They confirmed they deliver if I hurry up and make a payment asap. I did. But the delivery was late on Mon so I failed the birthday gift and I actually don’t need this at maniac anymore. Very disappointed, to be honest
