Wonderful selection of quality wines. A perfect gift for a 70th birthday wine lover and the personalised card is a really nice touch. It arrived next day and I received a text to advise me of when the delivery was due. The only thing I would of liked to of been able to buy is an attractive crate or gift box to place the bottles of wine in. I did not see an option for this as a separate purchase, only other wines which automatically came in a box, though not wines I wanted. I have had to buy a gift box elsewhere. I would like it if you could pick and mix which would be good.

My main issue is with the delivery. The order was made for a 50th birthday and despite initially receiving confirmation that the order would be received in time for the birthday, it was subsequently delayed by 24 hours.
I received a text and e-mail that the delivery had been accepted, untrue the package was left outside my property.
Th delivery fell outside the one hour window I had been advised and I did not receive the notification I requested that I was advised that I was next in the delivery line. In short the delivery service (DHL) was a shambles.

Excellent service and great products. I mistakenly ordered the wrong item and had to return and replace with another. Delivery of both products was quick and they turned up when stated. The refund for the wrong item was issued very promptly.

I would give six stars if I could! They were simply brilliant. I purchased a lovely set of port for a relatives’ birthday, which was delivered very rapidly.
However I made a mistake with the birthday date which was printed onto the box.
They replaced the box at no cost and the replacement arrived very rapidly.

sadly the wine has not arrived owing to DHL incompetence. Therefore this rating is nothing to do with the sellers, once I have it I may re adjust. I am disappointed in their customer service who have failed to react to my advising of DHL failings though.
