This review is based on making my purchase, I haven't had any reason to make a claim on the insurance policy so I can't comment on how good the actual product is that I have taken out. I spoke with two people who were both very informative and helpful with absolutely no pressure to purchase. After getting the information sent through from the first rep I then called back and was able to purchase without any hassle with the rep who took the call.
So my 5 stars is for the customer service received on the telephone.
As to what could have been better, just that I was going to purchase the insurance directly from the website after receiving an online quote, however when I clicked on Buy Now it just kept looping me round to the same place with no payment option. So maybe a temporary glitch on the site?

I have taken insurance from them
Previously as well, they offer the best deals for gap and cosmetic insurance and I never had to claim but the customer care team is very helpful and knowledgeable and I found the website very very user friendly as well. The prices are transparent and same on the portal as well as what advised by the agent on the call. Overall very good experience, would do business with them again.

Decided to buy wheel insurance after picking up our new car from the dealer, the repair package was very similar to that offered by the dealer but at a much more competitive price,

I've been using this company for quite a few years now. Always had excellent professional service. Compare their policies and in my honest opinion they can't be beaten. Having read the small print this company covers it all. Their prices are so much cheaper than the retailers. Wouldn't dream of looking anywhere else.

It seems mad for this level of cover not to take out GAP insurance. Over the years I have done it for at least six cars, thankfully no claims but it just gives an added level of comfort and reassurance.
