Relatively quick delivery. Had to read instructions a few times, wasn’t abundantly clear but overall good experience and would probably recommend.- Test was for Ovarian Cancer, thankfully negative!

Good Afternoon. I am hoping you might be able to help me. I have to be honest I was so surprised and quite shocked to get the results I received from you. All my life I have suffered with intolerances and allergies. But to my surprise everything that I know I have a problem with did not show up in any way, shape, or form. Unfortunately the instructions didn’t state (I can’t see they do) to not take antihistamines for 5 days prior to taking the samples however this is included in the results so I have had to fork out for another test.

The instructions were not very detailed and specific , Giving the matter ansmd the complexity of the test instructions need to be very clear and specific to the test enclosed .

Results seem to be ok and came quickly. To book the nutritionist appointment it just says “get in touch”. I emailed 6 days ago and live chat around 3 days ago.. both times told someone would be in contact, but still waiting to hear back

As part of your test kit we include a 20-step instruction leaflet with an illustrated image for each step, including how to use the finger prick lancets. In addition to this, we include helpful hints cards to help you get the most from your testing and take a valid sample. The blood testing service was great, but the communications systems are awful. It is very difficult to get through on the phone and the internal systems are not helpful eg. from reception to accounts. Payment is made difficult by the lack of connection of these services. Maria, my post-analysis consultant was really helpful.
