Good Afternoon. I am hoping you might be able to help me. I have to be honest I was so surprised and quite shocked to get the results I received from you. All my life I have suffered with intolerances and allergies. But to my surprise everything that I know I have a problem with did not show up in any way, shape, or form. I am honestly wondering if my blood was delayed in the post or something like that? I hope I will receive a reply from you. Thank you for reading. Kind regards. S E Robbins

I paid to find out what intolerances my child has and the results reacted to all the foods he ear and the foods he does not appeared negative. Then the team explained that test reacts to the food we eat often and it may not be intolerance. I requested refund and nothing. Avoid.

Hi Yana, thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with the testing and service. I can see from your correspondence with our team that you were concerned that foods your child has not consumed did not show. Our team explained this is because IgG is dependent on memory and if the food has not been consumed in some time, it is less likely to show on a blood test. This is the same for similar tests of this type, including coeliac and lactose intolerance testing. For this reason, a food item consumed recently is more likely to be detected as a reactive food item. However, this is not to be confused with the testing only identifying foods a person has consumed recently, but rather reactive foods they have consumed recently. As part of your Complete package, you are eligible for a free 30-minute consultation with one of our nutritional therapists to discuss your test results. Our BANT registered nutritional therapists can answer any questions or queries you may ave related to the results. I can see our team offered to book this in for you, but you have not yet taken advantage of this offer. Misleading

My results arrived which indicated a supposed allergy to meat, fish and wheat. I restricted my diet but turns out I am allergic to tree nuts which did not show up as they don't test many, even though these are common allergens. I had a big reaction. Now have an epipen. I found the results misleading.

I havent had any response from you since returning my sample to you 3rd April. Twice I've gone on your chat line to be told it takes 7 - 10 days arrive at your UK office which I don't understand when posted in the UK, your chat line hosts don't either
