Relatively quick delivery. Had to read instructions a few times, wasn’t abundantly clear but overall good experience and would probably recommend.- Test was for Ovarian Cancer, thankfully negative!

Good Afternoon. I am hoping you might be able to help me. I have to be honest I was so surprised and quite shocked to get the results I received from you. All my life I have suffered with intolerances and allergies. But to my surprise everything that I know I have a problem with did not show up in any way, shape, or form. I am honestly wondering if my blood was delayed in the post or something like that? I hope I will receive a reply from you. Thank you for reading. Kind regards. S E Robbins

I havent had any response from you since returning my sample to you 3rd April. Twice I've gone on your chat line to be told it takes 7 - 10 days arrive at your UK office which I don't understand when posted in the UK, your chat line hosts don't either

The blood testing service was great, but the communications systems are awful. It is very difficult to get through on the phone and the internal systems are not helpful eg. from reception to accounts. Payment is made difficult by the lack of connection of these services. Maria, my post-analysis consultant was really helpful.
