I have recently been trying to get a company that sells real elux 600 puffs sour apple, you would think that easy but 10 out of the 11 places I've used have been fake. You can tell by taste and the inner wrapping is white instead of the black elux sign. This is the only place that have sent me the real ones at a really amazing price. I've found my forever store now. Thank you uber vapes for selling honest products
Normally every time I order from Ubervape’s it’s a perfect 10 out of 10 order. Unfortunately when I received my parcel this time it was inside a clear bag from Royal Mail saying damaged goods and packaging. I do understand that Royal Mail must of damaged the parcel and it’s not Ubervape’s fault but I was a bit gutted to had two bottles less of juice and everything else was covered in juice .Luckily my new mod had its own packaging on the outside of the box. I didn’t think there was any point complaining to Royal Mail over a few quid but I thought if I wait for the review then I could explain then Ubervape’s could do something about it . Normally like I said previously every order before I reviewed a 5 out of 5 stars .
Still haven't recoeved an update about my order I placed 5 days ago. I ordered from vape UK and recoeved my order 3 days later. This one still hasn't even been dispatched

2 x broken bottle juices.

Order not arrived after a whole week
I have sent 2 emails asking where my order is and not recieved any reply, on your website it is still showing as pending even though the money has been taken from my bank. Order placed at 16.50 Thursday and still nothing and no reply the following Friday.

The item apparently was delivered but I wasn't in, no card was left to say someone had delivered it which leaves me trying to trace where it's gone without knowing which delivery company was used or any tracking information. Contacted the company about this who then gave me a tracking number without telling me which delivery form. After 2 emails to the company last week the items still haven't arrived despite me paying extra for 1-2 days delivery 8 days ago, nor have I received a refund which I have had to raise the issue with my bank to have my money returned to me.

Disappointed. I didn’t get my parcel yet. The order should be here on Friday. I’ve emailed Royal Mail and Ubervipe to located my order as looks like the parcel been delivered to any other address and no one of them takes any action or replyed to my emails… unbelievable!
Should I go and check all the addresses in the village? I don’t think that’s my job.. it’s good when I paid for my order but when I have to get it no one says anything. Unbelievable!

Have only ever given a positive response but most recent transaction was a disappointment, 1 wk after making order had to call to chase up, informed that order not dispatched due to one item not in stock, dispatched nxt day, makes me wonder when I would have received order had I not chased up, some coms on status of order would have been appreciated

Not rec'd my order from the 25th September. Order shows as pending and the money has left my bank account. I have emailed them 4 times and not had a reply.
Really disappointed in the customer service as up until now never had a problem other than the odd pod that was faulty.

Not all the items were in stock even though they showed on the website. They did not contact me just left a note in the packaging saying they had refunded the difference. A week later and still no sign of my money being refunded

Poor heated cigarette
Nothing wrong with the company that I can see. Delivery was fairly quick but the product is poor. The heated cigarette is useless. Can hardly get a drag from it and after a couple attempts it runs out.

Item showing as stock went to collect got text next day item wasn't in stock was arriving Saturday and as shop closed Saturday won't be able to get untill Tuesday due to Bank Holiday
