All items were delivered promptly. The tops were good value in the sale. I had to return a coat as the zipper was unusable, it wouldn’t open from new straight out of the packet. Shame, otherwise it looked very nice. Refunds for items I returned took a long while.
Both items listed as "M" but one was super big and I returned it for a refund. As I live in France the return address was in Germany. I hope I am refunded the postage as I returned the item promptly. Was the sizing American? That's not obvious.
The clothes I have bought have all been of a good quality - well made/quality materials. Where LE falls down badly for me is their return/exchange process... I had returned 2 items requesting a smaller size for both - the process to refund was a few weeks, I ended up with 2 more of 1 item (1 as a refund, 1 as an exchange) and the 2nd item, that I subsequently cancelled was then delivered!
Arrived earlier than quoted, item of good quality. My only gripe is that it seemed rather long in length. I have sorted this myself.
I have purchased Land'send Supima Polo shirts for a number of years. The polo's that were absolutely the best were the fitted polo's which were around about 7 years ago. They were made to flatter the figure. They were wider at the hip and the bust.
I needed some new trousers so thought I would try Lands End. The fit with trousers is vital and the description sounded as if they would be my shape. I was charged maybe £4.25 postage and the item arrived promptly but didn’t fit. I then had to pay £2.70 to send them back. This makes a total of about £6.95 to try on a pair of trousers. No more Lands End for me.
