Never know if Hermes or Royal Mail are making delivery. Sizing has become a lucky dip as it's totally inconsistent and customer service is poor in the extreme. Refunds on returned goods are very slow, It's all a bit sad from what used to be a good company

They have gone downhill lately especially their poor quality material and fit of their chinos which are grossly overpriced for what they are even at sale prices. And they charge for both delivery and returns- the latter probably a reflection of just how much is now being returned

Shoes need to be tried on, and they didn't fit. I had to pay for both delivery and return. This will prevent me from ordering again.

The sizing was not good
I returned the goods on 19/3/ via Hermes
I have heard nothing . I emailed them asking where my refund was and still have had no reply most disappointed.

Good quality but sizes incorrect. 29 inch inside leg wanted. 33 inch delivered. On their way back for refund. Postage paid for delivery. And postage paid for return.

they've stopped stocking my favourite jewel neck short sleeve jumpers, so I'm not happy with them.
Your call staff were so unhelpful & I’ve shopped with Landsend for years, but, NO MORE!!!!!! You take weeks to refund my money, which is not what it used be when I returned items!!! I’m angry & disgusted following my recent telephone calls!!!
I was very disappointed that I have to pay to return an item that I didn't like very much. Most online retailers offer free returns. I doubt I will be using Landsend again.

The delivery man took a picture of him pretending to post the item through the letterbox, however he put the item under the doormat, which is not secure.
Thank goodness I have cameras at my front door to see this man in action.
Package went to wrong address owner took some time to find me. The boots are what I wanted. Comfortable except the right presses on my ankle bone not the zip the seam. I had hoped that by wearing them they would soften. I have no puffy ankles. What can I do? Sara. Rose

1) The pink fleece ordered by my wife as PETITE was not petite.
2) The mens' shoes which I ordered are ok apart from being made in China.
We avoid goods madee there as much as possible.
