When I had a query they dealt with it efficiently and quickly. They were nice to speak to on the phone. The query was because some weeks had passed and I hadn't seen an order confirmation or received my goods. I would not have queried it if I had I understood from the website when I ordered that the product was made to order so would take a number of days. If it was on the website it wasn't prominent enough for me to know this. The product was so nice the wait would not be an issue and it being made to order makes it more special.

Tiny but still very nice

Really responsive staff who made sure my engagement ring got to me in good time. The product is great quality. Only downside is navigation of the website can be a little confusing when searching for policies about returns and resizing.

They got the ring to me on time but there was a issue with hallmarking so offered to do this after I required the ring. Currently on with the hallmarking process now. Was offered a refund of postage and still waiting for this.

The product was disappointing but the return process was very straightforward.

Good communication via whatsapp, which was appreciated. Item was dispatched promptly and on time and looked fabulous. One sour note was that for this value items a service where the courier is better contactable would be more suitable. Roayal Mail only delivers during working hourse when nobody is at home, at least in my household. As a result we had to wait two failed attempts to deliver before we could collect and resulted in the ring being with us the day after the anniversary rather than the day before.

I’m very happy with the ring I purchased good value and a great choice of styles and customisation option. Only downside for me was that they missed the original delivery date, even though I’d confirmed it again by message a few days prior and was only told the day before that it wouldn’t be ready in time. But over all would recommend just make sure you have a bit of extra time between the expected delivery date and when you need it.

Excellent value for money. Excellent customer communication re order and delivery. Order arrived early. Poor at information re height of setting, width of band, weight of diamonds in side stone rings, etc which all affect price and is necessary to compare like with like. Hence 4 star review rather than 5.

Overall I was very pleased with the ring I received. The delivery time took longer than expected but this was partly due to the bank holiday. The communication in general was good it was only let down at the end when I was not informed that the item had been despatched, it just turned up at the door.

Very happy with the overall experience and packaged beautifully upon delivery. The only thing I can say that I’d have like is just being updated along the way, I had to contact to make sure delivery was still on track. But excellent overall and a very happy customer 👍👍

Good buying experience and good products, very happy with purchase. Would have been 5 stars, but the order was delivered later than the sellers own delivery date by several days.

Whilst the order and delivery was a little later than expected, they responded to my queries quickly. Pleases with ear-rings once received.
