Highly recommended, the product I bought is exactly as described on the website, the customer service is excellent. Neil the manager was very professional caring and helpful, he contacted me to let me know that my item will be dispatched on the right time but might be late one or two days while it is out for delivery but after explaining that the date I need it for was important he made his best to have my item ready before time and and I was so amazed when he decided to deliver it him self just so that it doesn’t get delayed by Royal Mail, and this shows how much they care about their customer’s satisfaction and experience, which gave me the comfort and the peace of mind I needed as I am buying such valuable jewellery. so special thank you for Neil. I will definitely buy again from this company in the future. Very happy with the product and the posh packaging.
