Needed to change size as made a mistake in order tried as soon as I placed order ,but it was too late to change so they arrived and went right back

The boots aren't good enough quality for the price.

The quality on the shoes is very poor for the price. There was paint all over the front and back plastic of the shoes and the zips were painted closed I sent an email to customer service along with pictures but no one replied I have had to spend time cleaning the paint off the shoes, luckily I had rubbing alcohol and pins to scrape all the paint off You shouldn't have to do this with new good

My parcel went missing although Hermes claimed that they delivered my parcel. I contacted customer service. Respond was prompt with redelivery details but the have sent me wrong shoes!! I emailed them back that it's not the shoes I have ordered. Haven't heard back from them! So now I have to send back the pair of shoes that I didn't want to and ask for refund.

As a loyal Rocket Dog flip flop purchaser I was sooo disappointed with the cheap thin sole on the latest flip flops. The best thing has always been the shaped and comfortable sole, but they have obviously changed supplier/manufacturer or just tried to cut costs. I have returned them.

I purchased 2 pairs of sandals ... the one package was damaged and the shoe looked a bit worn-out the sizes do come very small i am a size 6 usually but i had to get a size 8 but that was the only thing i had to complain about

I love your boots trainers etc but your customer service team don’t come across as being friendly when you speak to them. Perhaps the girl I spoke to was having a bad day.

Size 3 people DO NOT buy the size is like a size 1. I recommend you buy size 4 I brought 2 pairs one size 3 and 4.but apart from the sizing the flip flop is very good. Thanks
