A very good good choice of lamps and excellent customer service! I gave 4 stars only because some lamp descriptions are not very accurate. I was interested in solid wood lamps but some say "wood" even thought it's wood imitation (some indeed say "wood like"). Also description "light" or "dark" wood is not sufficient and can be misleading. If a lamp is made of oak, rubber wood or bamboo it should be clearly explained because if I order let's say 3 lamps for the same room I want that they all are of the same wood e.g. all oak.
A week on after we paid for the order we still didn’t have any update, on the website it says processing snd it was processing since the day we paid. I had to call them to find out that they are waiting for one item out of eight to delivered from the manufacturer. It will take at least another week, then it will be another week for the order to be delivered to us. It would be nice to have a little email with update on the delivery situation.

not very happy at all, if this is German quality they can keep it, first of all the base is badly scratched, & I can't get it to work, I am left with a £143.95 ornament as it came with a continental plug so i had to change the plug to connect it to the mains which means that it won't be accepted on returns

There is no update on the parcel after they despatched it and the company parcel force in unhelpful. Illumination team still want me to wait for them to deliver. Instead of getting in touch with parcel force, they asked me to wait.

Unacceptable delay in shipping order, requested order cancellation & refund, no response from supplier.
Item was advertised as available in stock. I then received a communication saying the manufacturer in fact manufactured to order, and that given this the items would not be returnable. I therefore requested the order be cancelled.
Two weeks later I realised I had received no refund. After initially being told the refund was issued immediately after my cancellation request, I raised a Paypal case and Illumination issued the refund. VERY glad I used Paypal

Poor communication concerning order
Apart from confirmation of payment email on 1/12/24, (not even confirmation of order and details), one week later I have not heard anything else. Very poor considering how easy it is to send email updates. xx
