I am always apprehensive when buying anything online as you never know what the outcome will be. However, I can honestly say that the Customer Service I experienced with Moonlight Design is one of the best I have ever had. I chose what I wanted, it was delivered within 2 days and the protective packaging meant there was no chance of breakage! Will be looking to purchase more!

The tiffany table lamp arrived quickly and was well packed. However the colours of the lamp were very different to the ones in th e online picture. This lamp was bought specifically to match our existing tiffany ceiling lampshade and colours in the Liiberty material on our settees. The colours are not an a slight variation but totally different. Therefore the picture online is very deceptive .

Overall I am happy with the service and the product supplied. However, I was shocked and very disappointed to find in the instructions received with the light that it is, effectively, a throw away item when the bulb fails. This wasn’t obvious on the website.

Integrated LED products are more energy-efficient but we do appreciate that the inability to replace the light source in some products does prove inconvenient and sometimes costly. Thank you for your feedback and we're sorry to hear you are unhappy. The Tiffany fittings are handcrafted by mixing colours whilst molten. Using this technique means that each panel of glass is unique. We state on this product "Images are for representation only and actual product may vary from that shown." If you do not want the lamp please let us know and we will arrange a collection for you.
