Very poor communication from them. Asked for additional items to be added to order and received no reply. Had no feedback on length of time my ebike would take to be delivered. Courier did not contact me and 'Track my parcel' app simply showed it in transit. I phoned them (no phone number on their email) and they promised to get driver to contact me 1/2 hour before delivery, as they will not give any indication of delivery time. They did not, so it was a good thing that my doorbell has a camera on it, so I could see them arrive. Ebike assembly instructions were generic, incorrect and did not detail specific parts of the assembly, such as how to get the Shimano Di2 gears to work. Contacted Bikester for assistance and they took over a week to respond. Their advice was to take it to a local bike shop! Bikester seem to think that because they are busy and dealing with coronavirus, that they can forget customer service because of heavy bike sales. My recommendation is - buy elsewhere.

Your service was without fault upon ordering. I had a good experience. Namely, finding everything I needed for my trip. I was surprised when I found out that I would need to wait 2weeks for delivery - I just missed that your operation was in Stuttgart. I was reassured about delivery tracking and times being as notified. So, I was happy with this also. What I would say going forwards is that I have yet to recieve a response to my emails regarding the pannier that broke at the beginning of my trip. All because of a little, tiny component that I would like replaced. I have also emailed Red Cycles (the brand of pannier and Rear rack) who haven't replied also. Of course, we are all experiencing unprecedented times and I'm sure that it is just an oversight. Being ingenious as I am = my temporary fix has lasted some few hundreds miles now. I will follow up on y emails and see how we can solve it to everyones satisfaction. I wish you all at Bikester - the very best and healthy years' ahead. Peace and peddling!

Had the item I wanted at a great price. Slowish delivery maybe as coming from Germany or COVID related.... more likely due to both and Christmas rush! Happy otherwise!!

Delivery was fairly slow. The walking boots themselves looked fantastic and felt nice when tried on in the house. After a few walking trips. I can say that below the ankle line, the boots are a great fit and very comfortable. However, around the ankle region, several pieces of material come together creating a bit of a hard point that in my case rubbed on my ankle bone.

I ordered a Cube e-mtb and some pedals. None of the UK based shops had any stock of this or similar bikes in size XS so I ordered from Bikester knowing delivery would take longer. Also had to pay for shipping, which would have been free from UK shops on a £2k+ bike. But not a big deal and at least they actually have bikes to sell! They sent the pedals as a separate package, which arrived within a week. I’m still waiting for the bike to arrive, but just got a shipping notification today (about a week after ordering). They did warn about delays due to high demand so fair enough. Assuming the bike arrives in one piece I’ll be happy. Seems like a good shop with decent stock levels - which are currently on the rocks in the UK.

Bought a tubeless mountain bike tyre, which turned up as described and with good tracking of the delivery. My only minor concern is that it was not obvious it was coming from Germany. When I placed the order, I made it deliberately with what appeared to be a UK based supplier, as I was off on holiday shortly after, and wanted to ensure I received it beforehand. It turned up before I left, but not soon enough to fit it before leaving, and it only became obvious it was coming from Germany when I got the tracking notification.

Good service, and quick turnaround of order, especially given current restrictions. BUT back to the usual farce of uk parcel couriers. The one they used promotes itself as 'cheap'. It is, for good reason - it never works correctly. This order took 7 days from dispatch to delivery with non existent tracking. Another order made the same hour from a competitor in Germany took 4 days with a one hour delivery slot given half a day in advance, which is normal for the professional courier they use.

Goods arrived quickly and were exactly as ordered. They were not properly packed being in a cardboard box sealed only with one strip of brown paper tape. This had burst in transit and all of my goods could have fallen out of the resultant gap. When I saw the box which had been delivered to a neighbour I thought that I would have problems getting replacements if anything was missing. Fortunately everything was there ok

The thing I noticed most I don't think it was Bikester's fault but the delivery was a bit un clear fair play the time was great but I didn't receive clear enough notifications of the day of delivery as it is because of the lock down I was home and as for the delivery firm there was virtually no communication unless you chased it up yourself but again Bikester were great I will recommend them

Ordered two bikes. One arrived in a few days, assembly instructions were great and I had it put together in an hour. Delivery of the second bike took much longer, about two weeks, no idea why. The UPS customer service was pants so I asked Bikester for help but received no response to my mails. Also pants. Very please with the bikes, great quality and would recommend.
