Very poor communication from them. Asked for additional items to be added to order and received no reply. Had no feedback on length of time my ebike would take to be delivered. Courier did not contact me and 'Track my parcel' app simply showed it in transit. I phoned them (no phone number on their email) and they promised to get driver to contact me 1/2 hour before delivery, as they will not give any indication of delivery time. They did not, so it was a good thing that my doorbell has a camera on it, so I could see them arrive. Ebike assembly instructions were generic, incorrect and did not detail specific parts of the assembly, such as how to get the Shimano Di2 gears to work. Contacted Bikester for assistance and they took over a week to respond. Their advice was to take it to a local bike shop! Bikester seem to think that because they are busy and dealing with coronavirus, that they can forget customer service because of heavy bike sales. My recommendation is - buy elsewhere.

After sending an email opening a case about late delivery of my new bike, I was told that i was send a DHL tracking email in error (it never showed my package existed). Then i was reassured a different courier was being used, Koch International, who should have been in touch with me (they hadn’t). I replied asking for this to be chased up but no answer. I’m appreciative of the Xmas and COVID-19 difficulties but the responsiveness so far has been poor. I’m still waiting to even to get news of an estimated delivery date. Returns system very poor. Goods and delivery were good but item did not fit my cycle. Returns system does not work at all. I am unable to print a returns label and have had no response to my communication to seek to resolve this issue

I placed and paid for an order on October 11th 2020 and duly waited for the goods to arrive. I received a confirmation email. I expected things might be a little slower with Covid, but after waiting 10 days for delivery I checked to see if there was any tracking info. Much to my annoyance the order had been cancelled - no reason given and no email was sent either. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Isle of Man. We contacted you for an alternative mainland UK address and we did not receive an answer. So unfortunately, on this occasion, we had to cancel your order.

Ordering and receiving is fine. Returns however, a complete nightmare. Returns label received isn’t recognised by dpd when scanned. When you try to download a returns label it tells you there were multiple errors. Where I go from here, I don’t yet know!

I hate to do this but they sent me someone elses order, complete with a delivery note with their full details (GDPR/PII issue) and presumably sent my order and details to this person. They have only reponded to my queries on this matter with an email saying they are busy because of Covid-19. if they had sent this request for feedback in a few days it is possible they would have resolved it by then

We apologise for the wrong order being sent. Due to the large number of orders we get in the warehouse unfortunately mistakes happen. Due to COVID-19 we did our best to deal with the increased number of emails we received but it does take time as there were issues with a large number of deliveries.

I ordered over 3 weeks ago and have not received the goods. I emailed the service email address a number of times and have not received any reply. The package seems to be held in a Hermes hub, but they will not deal with me, I have to do it through you, but you are not responding to my messages. I have now ordered what I need from another supplier and will be seeking to get my money back from you.

We are sorry to hear this. Online bike commerce has exploded in the UK during the crisis and this has boosted customer service enquiries on an unprecedented level. This has prevented us from replying as quick as we would have liked. We are investigating this with the third party delivery carrier. Once they have confirmed the status of the order we will then be able to proceed to bring this case to a positive close.

3 weeks and counting and still not arrived. Customer service take a week or more to respond to every question and there seems to be no urgency. Disappointed beyond belief. What was going to be a lovely surprise for my wife has turned into a waste of time and effort. Constantly checking my email in case of an update. And then a survey to ask how it went. The order has never been received and I won’t ever be recommending your company to anyone. in fact I will shortly be putting a review on trust pilot. Customer service is non existent and still waiting for my order along with any feedback as to what’s happened. I wouldn’t waste your time and money customer reviews when you can’t even deliver the basics. The worst company ever!!!

Website said you're delivering as normal despite corona. Said 3 to 5 working days. Placed order then received email to say that because of Corona can expect another 3 to 5 working days in order. Item was never received although it shows delivered by courier. They use Hermes which in my experience is unreliable - and literally impossibile to talk to - probably to save money. They said they will open an investigation etc and will hear within 14 days.. result no item and I paid for it My suggestion is to avoid this retailer

The item was shipped to the delivery address provided. If the carrier is unable to deliver the item then it is returned. There was no contact from you informing us the address was wrong until 20 days later in which time the item had been sent back.
