Upon ordering I was a little skeptical due to the long delivery time however that is because of the corona pandemic that caused disruptions everywhere. 11 - 15 working days was promised for delivery and i received it well within the allotted time frame. I would have received it a day earlier however UPS (the courier) was delayed. Exact time from order to delivery took two weeks.
Now on to the bike. Once the package was received, everything was very neatly placed inside the box. The bike was mostly pre-built (as advertised) and all it took was a little assembly of the front tyre, handlebars and the seat which already attached to the seatpost. This was simple enough and there are instructions as well as online videos to help. The bike rides well, the quality is great and totally justifies the cost. Overall a great experience, I totally recommend.
Very poor communication from them. Asked for additional items to be added to order and received no reply. Had no feedback on length of time my ebike would take to be delivered. Courier did not contact me and 'Track my parcel' app simply showed it in transit. I phoned them (no phone number on their email) and they promised to get driver to contact me 1/2 hour before delivery, as they will not give any indication of delivery time. They did not, so it was a good thing that my doorbell has a camera on it, so I could see them arrive.
Ebike assembly instructions were generic, incorrect and did not detail specific parts of the assembly, such as how to get the Shimano Di2 gears to work.
Contacted Bikester for assistance and they took over a week to respond. Their advice was to take it to a local bike shop!
Bikester seem to think that because they are busy and dealing with coronavirus, that they can forget customer service because of heavy bike sales.
My recommendation is - buy elsewhere.

Received my ebike in a reasonable time but came with the battery cover not fitted correctly and a screw retaining the cover missing.
I managed to refit the cover properly but am told that the missing screw is not available as a spare part...
Nothing I can not solve myself but would have liked not having to look for the proper screw myself!

Returns system very poor.
Goods and delivery were good but item did not fit my cycle.
Returns system does not work at all. I am unable to print a returns label and have had no response to my communication to seek to resolve this issue
as I've already written to you - the inner tube you supplied has a leaking valve. I didn't return it as it is not worth wasting the energy for such a small item.

The bike is perfect. Due to covid communication is difficult? Delivery arrangements are poor.

Bikester.co.uk turns out to be a German-based company; I find it remarkable that bike parts can be shipped from Germany at a substantially cheaper price than obtainable in the UK, while still arriving in a couple of days.
I was also pleased to be able to find the tyres I wanted on their web site without any trouble: a simple search for "Big Apple 50-406" returned exactly the right thing, whereas UK sites seem to insist on old-style (and very ambiguous) tyre dimensions, while also seeming incapable of thinking there's any type of biking other than "road, mountain and BMX", requiring tyres to be assigned to one of these three categories. Bikester stood out from the crowd, for both price and ease!

Always good prices, and when they say stuff is in stock, it is in stock. Been caught out by other places that say stuff is in stock, then when you order, you end up waiting ages for it to arrive. This never happens with Bikester, so I always use them now.

I ordered a CUBE bottle holder and CUBE bottle ,spoilt for choice and colour, both arrived in good packaging and a magazine.
The only comment to make is that you need to state the bottle holder does not come with the 2 bolts to attach to bike frame.

I struggled to find the items online as they are old style 9 speed. So I was really happy you had the correct rings I required. The communications were great, the delivery tracked & arrived in 4 days...fantastic
