Good value product. Really pleased with our climbing frame and slide. It was fairly straightforward to put together. You do need two people and a decent amount of DIY competency. Please note that the timber is cut to the required lengths but no pilot holes are pre-drilled. Delivery was a little later than on website but when with courier they telephoned and arranged the delivery day. One very happy little boy! Very impressed with the quality and hope it will last years to come!

The delivery times stated were over a month less than the delivery time we were then quoted as soon as Wickey had taken our money. If you're going to have a big sale with the aim of attracting more customers then you should expect increased demand for the products and organise your business effectively. It was entirely misleading to state - before purchase- delivery timescales that weren't feasible but which the customer is only told about after they've parted with their money.

Avoid

They take orders but don't send anything out. Customer service is terrible and just send back the same AI generated reply whenever you ask about delivery. Do not waste your money.

Ordered for a birthday present and it was confirmed when they took the money it would be delivered between 6th & 12th June. I emailed to check as hadn’t even heard from them and they replied like it’s a normal thing to say that it’s now going to be delivered by the end of June. I am not holding my breath as they didn’t even tell me it was delayed. Poor service wish I had gone with the other company now. Very disappointed and no communication unless you contact them. They don’t care once you have paid for the item and don’t know even contact you it’s just a generic email they send everyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM WICKEY

Ordered a play set for my kids. Website stated arrival within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. Really poor communication. Impossible to contact. Overall extremely poor. No idea if the climbing frame is even going to arrive at this stage. Would not recommend.

Still waiting for order over a month from ordering

Still haven’t received my order had email saying should have been dispatched on 31st of may still nothing and every time I email just get a automated reply and still can’t give me a date for when I’m going to receive the items I’ve ordered
