I am a crafter and I was looking for envelopes to use,I am making junk journals,and I needed envelopes preferable old or unused with windows to decorate and use as pages a d pockets,then i discovered your website and was thrilled to be able to buy what I wanted and the quantity I needed,I ordered a small amount to see if it was what I needed, and they are. Thank you,the only issue not a big one is if they could have been placed inside of a bag and sent in smaller packaging.

Inflated prices for Highland delivery made this a very disappointing and costly experience.
Postage cost through Royal Mail would have been cheaper for 100 envelopes that weighed just over 1kg but they flatly refused to adjust the price or use a different carrier. Further to this I had no communication saying my order was on the way. Thankfully this was just a one off order that arrived safely and I won’t need to use this business again.

Delivery is really quick and the pricing is very competitive. I ordered the wrong size envelopes and sent an email to customer services. They called me on the phone the next day to check if Id received their reply to my email, which I thought was really nice. This is why I gave them 5 stars, because of the customer service.

I like the fact you can buy a specific number of envelopes, ie 65, in my case, rather than a box of envelopes that I don't need. Very good service and very helpful with my query when I spoke to a pleasant lady on the phone.
