I bought a hanging rail for my room and I’m so happy with it. Delivery was quick. Instructions were pictured clearly. It needed two people to put up but it was really easy and it looks great. I also loved that it was completely adjustable so you could have it how you wanted with the exception of the baskets because they are a fixed size. 10/10
After one week of my order, that I still never received it with no way to track it with DPD website. Which shows the parcel tracking number is wrong information. I still don’t know where is it and when I will have it ? Or you could refund my money back if it never arrived.
How can I rate something what I have not received yet!

Only 2 of 3 arrived, tried to communicate with customer service for an update and still waiting, not to mention one of the parcels was damaged! Very poor service
