The goods arrived in perfect condition and very quickly. I am still rather satisfied with B+F but less than in the past because the prices for protein powder have nearly doubled since last autumn. Since all suppliers increase the prices for protein powder like hell, I have stopped consuming it. B+F used to have large packets of nutritional supplements of their own brand for a fair price, but now these supplements are disappearing and are replaced by fancy new brands that cost a lot more. Now I even get high quality magnesium cheaper at the pharmacy than at B+F. This is really a pity. I am definitely ordering less now overall. Customer service is very friendly. Thank you, Julia.

Allerdings ist meine Ware über DPD nicht angekommen.
Angeblich wurde sie jedoch geliefert, ich weiß nur nicht wohin.
Das vorherige Mal war die gleiche Situation, da lag das Päckchen an der Garage auf Tonnen, nachdem ich ein Foto erhalten hatte, habe ich es dort gefunden. Diesmal bin ich alles abgelaufen und habe auch nebenan gefragt.
Es ist seltsam, obwohl das Hotel derzeit geschlossen ist, bekommen wir täglich Post und Päckchen geliefert. Entweder es wir direkt am Haupteingang abgelegt, oder in dem Pavillon der auf dem Weg zum Eingang steht.
Ich freue mich bald von Ihnen zu hören.
