The only down point on the sales process was that the original product I brought on the website then became unavailable. Looking at the site now it is marked as such so I don't think this was a ploy to get the sale, more a technical problem. The product I ordered was a hardwood umbrella, the replacement was metal. Being someone who tries to be 'green' if possible this was a slight concern.

My kitchen set was left at my front door and anyone could have taken it, table very poor quality, grout on tiles and dents in the wood and to send this heavy bulky item back i have to pay the cost, very disappointed.

The lamp is not installed yet but the quality seems very good at a good price. The problem with delivery was that it was a Christmas present for my wife and it should have been delivered to a different address, it wasn't. It was delivered to the billing address so the surprise was lost. Apologies from UK-Gardens received.

Highly recommended. The 8 ft reindeer was by far the lowest price we could find on the Internet so I wasn't sure if the quality would be great but I needn't have worried, it is really lovely and looks so nice on the front lawn. The delivery was very quick and we had no issues at all

After a long time since I placed the order, I contacted the shop to see if I could get a tracking number to know where my order was. I don't know if they got my email but I got the parcel four hours later that day, so everything is fine.

The garden container I ordered was as advertised and arrived speedily- the only issue I had was that it was supposed to be delivered to an alternative address and in fact , was delivered to my house. I haven't marked the delivery itself down as the driver was polite and the package in good order. Instead, I marked customer service down as they should have read the delivery details.
