Absolutely amazing. I was ordering before from few different online shops so I got quite few to compare I can easily say this one is the best one. All the products I brought arrived ( from different shops once it comes to delivery there are actualy many products that are not available but they were in the basket, while here I had all the products - this is a main one for me) price and dates - amazing all products even from fridge with long dates ( usually when I was buying from different shops most of them didn't have long or were literally for couple days ) deliver really quick. I'm really happy and definitely will buy again

Do not recommend shopping from them . I did not receive my shopping at all, and they do not want to help with that. All what they say is that DHL is showing that I did receive parcel which is not true . I could easily go to shop and buy those products not order from. At that moment I do not have money or shipping . Contact with them is very difficult. As a customer I did expect help from your side not me calling delivery company

They couldn't send me products as they get out of stock. I get money back which is great. The issue I have they return wrong money, they still own me money, don't want to acknowledge their mistake and went quiet. I don't like practice like that. I am very not happy and will not be their customer any more, can't recommend the shop.

Przywiózł mokrą paczkę,rozdartą.
Pobite butelki z sokiem z kapusty kiszonej BIo,słoiki z golonką na wyrzucenie,bobite w środku mięsa szkło.
Śmietana rozwalone plastikowe podelka,na śmieci.Dostałem takiego nerwa,wcisnął paczke 80 letniej teściowej Krystynie i poszedł jakby nic się nie stało.

Excellent packing, horrendous customer service
Excellent packing, great quality items and all in long date. However, very poor customer service. Rude responses, poor performance, ridiculous policy on items weight and price. If you order specific weight of items they reserve the right to pack more and therefore charge you for more.

Lactose free product substitution
We usually are very happy with the shop and the delivery service (4-5 stars). However, when we’ve ordered lactose free twarog (cottage cheese) they’ve delivered just ‘normal’ twarog without any warning. Absolutely unacceptable! And even dangerous. Zero star for that delivery.

There were missing items in the order, contacted the seller and there was no response. Asked another question, they said they will look into it and then have not responded. This is not the service level I'm used to. Please improve how you interact with customers.

The items I purchased ( sponge flan ) .. one needed to be used in 2 days so a very short shelf life and one was a chocolate flavour which I didn’t order (only ordered plain ) they also have a shelf life of August this year so again a very short shelf life .

Super speedy dispatch, which came at the cost of quality.
On the parcel wrong house number wad advised (58 instead of 50, which was clearly advised on the receipt), so it took running around houses and calling courier to figure out location of my parcel.

Damaged wet goods.
I ordered some chilled items. They come with chilling bag of water which was damaged and all the stuff inside the package were wet. Damaged crisps some of crisps opened due to damage. Had to throw it away.
