Ordered this Christmas present on 19th Dec, expected delivery (according to the website) by 9.00am on 21st Dec. Still not received it on 23rd Dec and flying to Bucharest today. Yes, it is Royal Mail's fault, but you select them as a provider and so it's your responsibility. And your customer service has been shocking - no phone or email contact from you at all, no refund of delivery charges - nothing. Very poor. I'd avoid this company at all costs.
