I sent an email enquiring whether the selected vinyl was the same as my last order. I was surprised by a telephone call explaining that the supplier had changed and the vinyl maybe slightly different. I was most grateful for the call as it enabled me to make my decision whether to risk it or change the design. The subsequent order came very quickly as had the previous two orders. Thank you.
