There is no delivery. Couldn't tell you about goods. Customer service to get the table or have money refunded or decide what the blank they are intending to do is a whole lot of e-mails. Never experienced such ineptitude with any company I have ever dealt with. The item cost is in dispute, the extra monies for customs and for white glove delivery have not been addressed. One constitutes fraud

I have purchased six Reflections Copenhagen crystal pieces in the past two months from Archiproducts. These are unique takes on Art Deco decor in contemporary colors and construction, and I am extremely pleased with all. Archiproducts kept me well informed on the status of shipment of my items, and though all three shipments arrived somewhat beat up, my items were well packaged and intact.

I’ve received a few items from this business that I have enjoyed, and I definitely appreciate the selection. The boxes items are shipped in usually arrive in poor condition. Customer service has an extraordinarily poor attitude. If you receive the wrong item and the item is too heavy to return, they act as if they are doing you a favour when they provide a partial refund. It’s really deplorable.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised at the whole,process, from questions about the ordering process, shipping arrangements, and the delivery of my purchase. Did not honor time-based discount as it has expired in Italy but not in my country at the time of purchase. Customer service never got back to me about it. Horrible experience, this was my first purchase. Please contact your customers and honor your promotions, you are an international business

Dear Customer, As explained in our e-mail on 19th March, the promotion on your order was not calculated because the brand you chose does not take part to our promotions and therefore Customers can not use any promotion code. Offers and promotions can not be used on all brands and products. Best regards

Terrible Service. My first batch of items arrived damaged. Bought 4 boxes of tiles and one of them had been clearly rewrapped with its content 50 broken. I've since written to store support and have not heard from them. They are not taking ownership. I've paid a premium for international delivery. Very disappointing.

The products are, if anything, more beautiful than anticipated, and my expectations were high I have already ordered additional pieces. Archiproducts kept me well-informed of the status of my order throughout the process, and FedEx was wonderful about guaranteeing that my pieces were delivered in perfect order.
