I bought a very expensive chair, they charged from my credit card right the way and after 3 weeks they sent a message saying that my order was canceled. They didn't say when I'll get my money back. They don't answer my emails. I'm almost believing that this store is a scamp.

Over three months waiting for deliveries that on the website say they have been shipped Customer service doesn’t have a telephone! And takes ages to respond to any email An expensive stone shower base crack after 1 month of being installed and no way to activate warranty. I’ve spent huge amounts of money in Archiproducts, no special care for good customers.... it’s an absolute disaster!

Dear Customer, we are really sorry to read this message since our after sales dpt has always answered to your e-mails on 19th/20th/26th August and on 11th and 14th September. As explained delivery to your address in Switzerland has experienced a delay because of bureaucracy imposed by the Swiss customs. Your orders are in transit with our specialized transporter and they will call you directly.

Order didn’t come complete as ordered and staff from Archiproducts didn’t had idea that they didn’t send all what is ordered.They blame producer of goods now that they didn’t pack everything. They don’t answer on e-mails.I had to send 6 e-mails before they answered. They even don’t want to answer me when the rest will be shipped!!! I will never ever buy anything thru this company.

I have not received the goods. I have emailed the shop for an update but they have not responded. I have not received any confirmation or tracking information that the goods have been shipped. This is very poor customer service. The seller sends numerous emails weekly with details of new products but seems unable to fulfil orders. Very Disappointed.

Hi, in July 2020 we placed an order on two amazing Karman wall lamps. Both packages received in Russia in 6-7 weeks which was ok for us. The shop did additional internal packaging to secure the lamps in the boxes and thus the products were delivered 100% safe. I would like to thank Archiproducts team for sound offers, excellent customer service and great experience with the shop!
