Order a product. Wait a month just to be shipped. Then open a box... ba dum tss. A product you didn't order. Annoyed send it back with a message "I want the correct product or money back." Exchange emails. Ask after two weeks how is it looking with the new product. Get response they issued a refund because you didn't want the correct product. Just give up and take the money. Absolute nightmare.

De verpakking was niet optimaal. Doos kapot en geen juiste vulling om de kamp te beschermen. Gelukkig was deze niet beschadigd.

If I can give it a zero star, I would. I ordered something with a discount code, but it took them almost a month to notify me that it was not available anymore (I noticed they marked the product unavailable very soon after I ordered it because I considered ordering another one). I assumed I got a pretty good deal and they did not want to honor it. Worse shopping experience ever.

Update: the company just responded here that they have no record of my reaching out. It took me 3 seconds to find my 11/30/20 message sent to them and ignored. So not only do they have sloppy customer service, they are also liars. The item was canceled due to no availability, but then never updated on the website. I reached out to the company for clarification and got no response.

Dear Customer, I am sorry but we did not find any message from your side in our system. Which e-mail address you used? We checked in our system and you made the purchase on 27.11.2020 and we cancelled it on 07.12.2020 since it was not available. We are really sorry for this situation.

Dear Customer, on 29th January we informed you that the production of your bed was experiencing a delay and it will be ready at the end of February. We really apologize for this delay but we also remind you that we sell tailor made items and this might cause a production delay because of the supply of the raw materials. Best regards

I've been following the site for its many nice ideas and interior design concepts for a couple of years. I was then tempted when they had a special offer and ordered 2 Artemide lights that were stated as having a "2 to 3 weeks delivery time".... And that was a month ago! I then wrote to them to get an update and it took several days until I had a basic response that they had a production delay..

I got a lamp via AP that was DOA (and a rug that was fine) Fortunately I used Amex. Don't know if it was AP's fault or the maker's, but they asked for lots of stuff (pics, video, try different bulbs, etc) and kept delaying. After 2 months I got Amex involved, and got a refund immediately from AMEX after which finally AP refunded the lamp. AP is fine, but beware they are an intermediary!

The whole customer experience was flawless. For a bulk shipment coming from a UK-based vendor and shipping from a warehouse in Italy to my home in California, I was amazed that this went so perfectly. The text alerts kept me constantly informed, the shipment was surprisingly fast, and the product arrived with no damage.
