Horrible returns policy. I ordered an item and it failed to get delivered. When I told them that due to the lengthy wait time I didn’t want it anymore they refused and said I had to receive it even though it was already returned to them.

We recently made a number of purchases. All the products were of high quality. We love them. Unfortunately, one item arrived completely damaged and another damaged slightly. In both cases, the shipper did a terrible job - the boxes were completely destroyed in transit (I don't blame the manufacturer). Customer support was great and both issues were resolved but it is still very disappointing.

There was some mixup with the shipping address and package was sent to another city and state. Sender made the mistake and fortunately I caught the issue without too much delay. Otherwise, good product

There is no delivery. Couldn't tell you about goods. Customer service to get the table or have money refunded or decide what the blank they are intending to do is a whole lot of e-mails. Never experienced such ineptitude with any company I have ever dealt with. The item cost is in dispute, the extra monies for customs and for white glove delivery have not been addressed. One constitutes fraud

I have purchased six Reflections Copenhagen crystal pieces in the past two months from Archiproducts. These are unique takes on Art Deco decor in contemporary colors and construction, and I am extremely pleased with all. Archiproducts kept me well informed on the status of shipment of my items, and though all three shipments arrived somewhat beat up, my items were well packaged and intact.

I’ve received a few items from this business that I have enjoyed, and I definitely appreciate the selection. The boxes items are shipped in usually arrive in poor condition. Customer service has an extraordinarily poor attitude. If you receive the wrong item and the item is too heavy to return, they act as if they are doing you a favour when they provide a partial refund. It’s really deplorable.

Did not honor time-based discount as it has expired in Italy but not in my country at the time of purchase. Customer service never got back to me about it. Horrible experience, this was my first purchase.

Terrible Service. My first batch of items arrived damaged. Bought 4 boxes of tiles and one of them had been clearly rewrapped with its content 50 broken. I've since written to store support and have not heard from them. They are not taking ownership. I've paid a premium for international delivery. Very disappointing.

Terrible experience. Never shipped product from 3 months ago and won’t agree to cancel order. Do not purchase from this website.

UPDATE: The merchant's response is accurate, after writing this review and initiating a formal dispute with PayPal, they finally issued a refund. The issue is resolved and I have upgraded the review rating to reflect this.

Beautiful, modern products on arhiproducts. We've ordered chairs, a desk, bookcases and shelving. All as described. Shipping is slow but that's expected. We've ordered multiple items now and have unforunately experienced both damaged and missing items. Archiproducts has been excellent in resolving the issues, but it would be better for the issues to not exist in the first place.

I would love to be able to rate this product, but I still haven’t received it. FedEx has lost it and is providing very poor customer service, so it’s not at all Archiproduct’s fault. I’m not sure if they can do anything to help. Hopefully, I can update my review soon if I ever receive my purchase.

Products(table and chairs made in Bosnia) are beautiful, but delivery came 2 weeks late, because of 'men in white gloves' handling my delivery. Only because I insisted, it was sped up. The 'white gloves' man appeared no different to any other delivery, only this white glove driver left me with the whole bunch of big and heavy pallets which he refused to take back. Not the type of service expected

Be very careful This shop cheates me twice in one order. First I did'nt get bonus 15, what means 150€. Order was 1161 €. Second they sent me wrong products. Something more, something less. I sent them pictures, where they can clearly see products I did'nt order. They says - everything is ok, we don't care. Different in price is 100€. It means, wrong products and -250 €. Don't trust these cheater
