I was skeptical at first, as I am ordering from Canada, but only found fantastic reviews of Archiproducts.com, so I ordered a very specialized stool/side table, and it came within 2 weeks, from Italy!!! be patient, once item shipped, all tracking and info was sent, and such a smooth transaction! AND I saved Canadian $ ordering from Archiproducts, instead of buying from the USA! Definitely 5 star!

The fact that I just received my order, placed on 9/9/2020 speaks for itself. I had difficulty rating the goods I received.They are drover knobs that arrived without the necessary screws and I can’t find a replacement in order to use them. I appreciate it if you send me the screws, which were supposed to come with the cobs. Svetla Kralevska-Stanev

Placed an order with item due in 6-8 weeks. Heard nothing other than email at 8 weeks saying they were refunding me. Asked for feedback why and heard nothing. Based on this experience, I’d say poor delivery and communication.

I rate Archproducts shop with five stars,although I once experienced wrong delivery and some confusion related to that. Mistakes happen and it is only natural that we all make mistakes. The most important is that as a customer I had never been in the position to feel uncertain or doubt when my orders were concerned. Very good customer service.

The logistics dpt is now checking with our warehouse. Do not believe their estimated delivery times. They managed not to lose this item (unlike another order placed on the same day) but despatch delayed. My goods have now been shipped (23 days ago) but not received. Shipping introduces the second black hole and poor customer service. Their delivery company TRAMO has no online tracking and are unwilling to provide any information upon calling them.

Dear Customer, we are really sorry to read those words. Since your chair is particularly expensive and fragile, our logistics dpt decided to organize the shipment with the specialized transporter. This courier takes more time than express couriers but handles goods with white gloves. As explained, there is no tracking nr with this service but they have your telephone nr to plan the delivery. Everything was perfect. The furniture is exactly as described, came pre built, and was shipped from Europe where I couldn’t get it shipped from the manufacturer.
