TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Discussed purchase of Kasperkly product by telephone prior to purchase and confirmd it had a woldwide license as described on their web site. The product provided has only a European license. They ADMIT web site is wrong; and confirm license is Europe only. I have confirmed in writing no attempt has been made to use the license. They refuse refund.

my experience with Blitzhandel was very good. the pricing was very reasonable and the transaction went very smoothly without problems. i can not really think of any improvements that they could make as a company at present.

I was nervous as the product on this site was a lot cheaper than other sites. This proved unfounded as the app I ordered is perfect. As soon as the payment was made the code was back to allow me to access the full app.

Easy website and great price
Easy to obtain product even though the initial one provided was not for the correct region so it would not work. Email was sent to the company and it was resolved within 24 hours which is excellent in this day and age.

I ordered Photoshop elements but made some errors in the order. i got a good response and the problem was sorted.
The only suggestion I have is that payment by Debit Card is offered upon payment options.
