Good range and reasonable price of products. However I inadvertently bought Microsoft Office and Microsoft Publisher downloads only to discover they are incompatible. There was no indication of this in the advertising. Prompt response from Blitzhandel but could not get money back for Office and only a credit voucher for Publisher

During telephone conversations their agents are polite and try to help. However, so far they have not resolved the problem with my copy of Microsoft Publisher 2010.

make it more easy to download progammes that have been paid for I am still tring to download easus to do now and have been tring for 2 weeks to know how.

TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Discussed purchase of Kasperkly product by telephone prior to purchase and confirmd it had a woldwide license as described on their web site. The product provided has only a European license. They ADMIT web site is wrong; and confirm license is Europe only. I have confirmed in writing no attempt has been made to use the license. They refuse refund.

Send me my software which is not corrupted. Every time I try to install my laptop tells me th files are corrupted

The website I downloaded the software from, was complicated and not at all user friendly. When the software was downloaded, it was a trial version which was supposed to become the full version once the product key was entered. Only it didn't. On top of which the software can only be accessed through their server platform - so if the company goes bust or the server goes down, then you lose access to the product you've paid a lifetime licence for. A complete waste of money. I will will warn everyone I know to stay clear of this company.

I could not get on with Office 365 which was already installed on my new laptop. I could not install my Office 2010 because there was no disc drive. I jumped at the chance of your product, paid the price but it could not be downloaded. I was cross and had no time to contact your company because I was due to take some minutes and get them out quickly. I went to my local computer shop and for £20 he got rid of 365. He used my Office 2010 disc and his separate disc drive to install it.

The product wouldn't load on my system. They originally refused to send me a refund. Then they sent me an affidavit to sign to say I wouldn't use the product. I couldn't do anything with the form coz it was PDF. Then they sent it as word but I was still unable to complete the form to return it....I ended up giving up and they still have my money for a useless product..

paid for item, it downloaded fine, would not accept registration number. emailed them on their email postbox full, can't get in touch, got refund from paypal. good old paypal. no problems there thankfully. contacted supplier of same goods and they said it wasn't an authorised copy so therefore they weren't interested.

You advertised for photoshop 2022 when I completed the sale I was directed to adobe website and the only licence etc was for 2023 - I needed the 2022 version as the 2023 will not run on my mac. A waste of my money. Not happy. To cancel the transaction would involve printing out a form and then posting it to Germany.

They didn't provide the download and I had to go elsewhere. Only once I complained, did they send me a link. By then, it was too late and they wouldn't refund me, even though I had not used their product. An appalling way to treat people.
