The software down loaded would not install and therefor I cannot use it. So I have emailed Blitzhandel24 for a refund. I tried yo use your site to progress this but as it is in German and cannot be translated, it is useless to me.

does not help you very much to my way of thinking I was a senior citizen and disabled I wanted a disc to install not a e.mail install.

The software does not work so is unuseable. The application cannot even find the data card that other programs (trialled) can. Refund required.

Not sell products that don’t work in the UK to people in the UK. Honour your duty to reimburse for faulty products.

I ordered clean up software which looks great. I tried to download on to my iBook however it would not download. I spoke to someone from Blizhandel on the chat who sent me 2 links to download to a Mac. Again this did not work I sent a email was told the links I had been sent was not for a Mac. I asked for a refund, I was told I could not get a refund. This company has not been helpful at all.

the product doesn't work and it is very difficult to communicate with the providers to either find a solution or to get a refund. Feels like a scam

Your website approved my purchase, completed the transection without telling me I had not to select a language. You sent me a German version of the software, the delivering address is in UK. I bought a sofware on an English languaage website. You refused to fefund me thought I said I had unstalled the useless software on my compouter.

Failed to refund my money, after not being able to download the software I paid for. I'm very disappointed!

Blitzhandel24 sold me a prohram called Power Director24 Ultimate. Despite a mumber of phone calls to Germany to try to get my program sent, downloaded and used, we still do not have access to our purchase. We are left with no option, but to ask for a refund through our bank's intervention.

I bought a key code for Windows 11 Pro and it didn't work but I can't get a refund

I made a purchase, and the email instructed me to download my product. However, I had actually paid for a physical scanner! When I contacted them, they told me to ignore the email. Oh boy. I waited for a week, but they didn’t provide any tracking information until I followed up with them. The product got stuck at customs, and Parcel Force informed me that only the sender could resolve the situation. However, Blitzhandel responded differently, insisting that I needed to find a solution with Parcel Force. Their handling of the situation was very unprofessional. Eventually, the product was returned to them, and they refused to offer a full refund. Fortunately, PayPal ruled in my favor, and I received a complete refund. My advice: Stay away!

Respect the fact that customers have a 14 day cooling period if they dont want the software. Your software would not download on my system. I showed you the error message as proof. I was not happy with you trying to solve the problem by taking over my computer and I asked for a refund well within the 14 days. You ignored me. I cannot recommend you to anybody unless you refund my money.

Customer service was very poor, not interested in helping, have still not answered questions.

I could not load their product onto my computer but they still took my money. They get one star for, at least, replying to my emails.

Took ages to reply and wouldnt provide a refund despite selling a piece of software that is obsolete and incompatible with the latest version of Windows

The code number supplied had apparently been supplied to others. If this is not a scam it’s very close to it.
