The software down loaded would not install and therefor I cannot use it. So I have emailed Blitzhandel24 for a refund. I tried yo use your site to progress this but as it is in German and cannot be translated, it is useless to me.

The software does not work so is unuseable. The application cannot even find the data card that other programs (trialled) can. Refund required.

does not help you very much to my way of thinking I was a senior citizen and disabled I wanted a disc to install not a e.mail install.

Not sell products that don’t work in the UK to people in the UK. Honour your duty to reimburse for faulty products.

I purchased a copy of Bitdefender Total Security 2024, Multi Device 10 Devices 2 Years from Blitzhandel24. I have been using Bitdefender for a good few years and they do offer some reasonable discounts when renewal is due. However, they no longer allow you to append your new purchase to the existing antivirus subscription. Rather, they simply say that your new cover starts as soon as you download it! In my case I could have easily, effectively lost about 2 months of antivirus cover if I'd not read the small print! That smacks of Sharp Practise to my mind, aiming to catch out the unwary, but I do like their product. By using Blitzhandel24, I could purchase the updated software when I wanted to and it's not until you actually activate it, with the new Key Code that the new subscription starts. That is a big plus in my opinion. I also liked that I could buy a subscription that covered 10 devices for 2 years. I wasn't able to find such a product direct from Bitdefender, another big plus. Finally, the price is better than the discounted prices that Bitdefender were prepared to offer me if I bought direct from them. A great service was provided, with the download available pretty well as soon as I made the purchase. I'd have no qualms about buying from Blitzhandel24 again.

Very helpful and polite - only aspect I would say could benefit from improvement is the speed of response to a clients request or clarification - if it was an hour or two same day then I don’t think anyone would have a problem but when downloading a product it’s helpful for ongoing advice or a courtesy call to ensure everything has been effected properly otherwise top marks!

It's a pity you dont give refunds on disital down loaded sofware like other do you reasons seen to suggest cutomers cant be trusted .but when pay for somthing and its not for the hype on what programs can do is not transperant and one doenst know that what you bought it for is not offered .when actualy trying to use the program .

A tricky situation with lots of support needed. Very good and willing telephone support Email support was forthcoming too, but understandingly not as instant as the telephone support. Hopefully I will be able to use my software soon, after a pending element of support from Cyberlink
