Offered a product I wanted at a good discount, but then were there to help quickly with any technical question I had with the software. It's great to have support written by a person, not an automated robot, as the answers they provide are always very helpful. I really recomend them and will buy from them again. They offer discount on software, which is always works, so they are excellent.

Very good. Firstly I was attracted by the excellent prices, and the website is simple to navigate. Placing the order is quick and easy, and within minutes I have received and installed the software. The first time I shopped with Blitzhandel I wasn't sure; they say that if something looks too good to be true, it probably is. But no, they do exactly what they say, and they do it very well.

These guys are always good. If you have a problem it gets sorted quite quickly. Ok so there is no phone support as such but emails tend to be answered quickly. They will even send an email to let you know that they are dealing with problem. I have used then now for a few years and always returned to check there prices for my requirements. Keep up the good work guys.

Blitzhandel24 gave me outstandingly good service. I had a problem caused partly by my own ineptness and partly by a software conflict on my computer. At every stage the technical support was calm, polite and kept me informed of what was happening. Despite the complexity of the situation it was resolved in a matter of minutes. For all of that I am very grateful.

I ordered the wrong version of PDF handling software (Mac OS instead of Windows). Download link, Seriaal Number & Invoice all arrived in less than 5 minutes. I then realised my mistake, and I contacted customer service using the form on the website, and received an almost immediate response. Everything quickly sorted, will happily use again.

Good range and reasonable price of products. However I inadvertently bought Microsoft Office and Microsoft Publisher downloads only to discover they are incompatible. There was no indication of this in the advertising. Prompt response from Blitzhandel but could not get money back for Office and only a credit voucher for Publisher

It's a pity you dont give refunds on disital down loaded sofware like other do you reasons seen to suggest cutomers cant be trusted .but when pay for somthing and its not for the hype on what programs can do is not transperant and one doenst know that what you bought it for is not offered .when actualy trying to use the program .

I had a new laptop and new software from Blitzhandel. The installation was not going smoothly so Clemens from Blitzhandel took over and very soon diagnosed a software conflict on my laptop. He knew exactly what to do. Since then my new laptop and software purchased from Blitzhandel (at a very good price) have worked smoothly.

I have dealt with Blitzhandel for several purchases over the years and found them to be competitive on price and excellent on follow-up. Their support service is far better than others I have dealt with in the same market place (software supply). Very responsive and they have always resolved any issue I had.

I ordered software and that was all fine until I ran into a problem I couldn't deal with. Thankfully, Blitzhandel were at hand to resolve a software conflict on m computer. I was very pleased with the way it was dealt with - the competence and the speed. Would happily buy software from Blltzhandel again.

I purchased two items of software; both downloaded and installed without any problems. However, I had difficulty activating both but Blitzhandel were able to work with me to swiftly sort it out. The problem was associated with my computer and had nothing to do with the software. Well done Blitzhandel.

The customer service was excellent, access 2021 was the second product I have purchased with Blitzhandel24 Coral draw 2019 and that works like a dream. The last time I used access was back in 2006 so I am looking forward to using it again. Thank you for your help, Clemens installing Access.

I had an excellent customer service, had a problem with software serial number Blitzhandel 24 helped a lot in fixing the problem. I made the mistake when installing serial number and Blitzhadel24 went the extra mile to fixed it out. I would highly recommend Blitzhadel24 100%.

It all worked out right in the end. What I would say is that for people of my age it sometimes needs a lot of explaining .For example it worked for me when you advised me to register the product on my account page and only AFTER this to go to the ACTIVATION page .

Got the download for photoshop element 2023. Key code was sent within minutes of purchase. Happy customer and the transaction went very smoothly. I cant fault the process.. Happy customer and saved Blitzhandel 24 as a preferred seller...

I haven’t used this seller before but will certainly do so again. The website is very clearly laid out and the option to use PayPal made it a very quick and easy transaction. The product key was delivered instantly and worked perfectly.

my experience with Blitzhandel was very good. the pricing was very reasonable and the transaction went very smoothly without problems. i can not really think of any improvements that they could make as a company at present.

I was nervous as the product on this site was a lot cheaper than other sites. This proved unfounded as the app I ordered is perfect. As soon as the payment was made the code was back to allow me to access the full app.

Easy to obtain product even though the initial one provided was not for the correct region so it would not work. Email was sent to the company and it was resolved within 24 hours which is excellent in this day and age.
