We live in North Yorkshire and found this wonderful furniture store whilst visiting Bath…….what a find ! An amazing selection of traditional and contemporary furniture, displayed beautifully over many floors. Sally, a most pleasant sales lady, helped us to make our choice of table, chairs and sideboard - her extensive knowledge of all the ranges was so helpful and her input most valuable and welcome. Delivery was arranged by Stuart ( of dispatch)…..so lovely to speak to an actual person - who was charming and most accommodating. Our furniture arrived yesterday, transported and delivered by Sam and Jake who were most pleasant and helpful…… even though the trip took them almost 5 hours , they assembled the table and demonstrated how it extends and then positioned everything as I requested- nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with our new furniture…..it looks perfect in our new kitchen diner. Many thanks to the whole Hays team…….it has been a joy to shop with a company where customer service is their priority……..we'll definitely be returning soon !
Our ordered bed settee was originally due to be delivered at beginning of Dec. 2023. It was delayed by the manufacturer until late Jan this year. but I was only informed of this when I phoned Hayes to obtain a specific day in early Dec. I was told then that I would be informed immediately it came in in Jan. and would be delivered on the first delivery day for our area. Again that did not happen!
However I must give full credit to Frank and Rob our delivery team who took every possible care to ensure the item and our newly decorated rooms were not damaged. They took time to explain the bed settee mechanism and were both very polite

Always very helpful and informative in store, goods arrived ahead of scheduled date and was delivered by jake and Nate. They got my sofa unit unpacked and installed quickly, with care and removed all the rubbish. Very nice guys thank you

Luxury With Valuable Service!
Sam and Marcus in deliveries were excellent with ultimate care when steering and assembling the bed for me. They even moved an existing bed to another room! Phil the salesman was superb guiding me to the perfect choice of Vispring beds.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND ADVICE THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. GOOD PRICE AND BRITISH MADE SOFAS. DELIVERY WELL MANAGED AND KRIS AND PAUL WERE POLITE AND EFFICEIENT. GETTING LARGE SOFAS THROUGH SMALL GAPS WITH EASE. ALL PACKAGING TAKEN AWAY.

Excellent delivery service by Paul and Luke of Tr Hayes.
Delivered by Paul and Luke both of whom were professional and friendly, they were very careful both with the items on delivery and with the house and fittings. They cleaned-up anything that had fallen from the packaging completely.

Excellent staff
The sales team are attentive, helpful, know their stock and very good on finalising a price. The delivery guys were also brilliant-respectful of neighbours with where they parked, good fun and clean and tidied up all the packaging.

Pleasant, professional and efficient. We live in 17c cottage. Not the easiest to find or to access and somewhat difficult (tight) stair turns. Sam and Marcus made everything seem easy

A great delivery experience
The delivery team, Kris and Paul, who delivered our mattress, were very careful and helpful. They removed our old mattress with care (in a tight space) and helped us put our mattress-protector on the new mattress.
