Order arrived quickly and well packaged, the sweets are good quality and taste great ! I bought five packs to refill the Daddy's sweet jar which I ordered last year for Fathers Day from this company. The perfect gift from Stanley (my fox red Labrador) for his dog Daddy ; )

As this was my first order with this company i had no previous opinion ,however, once i received my order of a various amount of sweets i can't say i was overwhelmed with the sweets i ordered. I love sour and fizzy sweets so my order consisted of these and as they stated these were top quality sweets i was hoping this would be the case. Now i have had the opportunity to sample all the flavours i ordered i am left somewhat underwhelmed. They are not as sour or fizzy that they state and feel that i will in future purchase my well known brand from now on.

Our order was incorrect.

Our order was incorrect which was very disappointing .We had ordered two packets of toffee bonbons as that is obviously what we wanted .Only one was dispatched . We requested a refund or the second packet and to be fair this was dealt with really quickly .Unsure however if we would have the confidence to purchase from the company again .

Somewhat underwhelmed.....

Hi, I'm sorry to hear this feedback. You were actually given a number of options, including returning the sweets to us Free of charge so we can investigate the issue further in a bid to find out the extent of the damage and resolve for you. You were unwilling to send the items back however as a gesture of goodwill we refunded you the full bags (despite only a few sweets being broken) but advised that as we do not know how they were damaged (its not something that has been reported by any other customers) we cannot explain why this happened. I have also checked through all our correspondence from you and at no point did you even suggest that you would prefer replacements rather than a refund, so we feel this one star review is more than a little unfair.

Hi, thanks for your review. We stock over 300 lines from around 20 different manufacturers, and unfortunately on occasions items do go out of stock and sometimes there are supply issues, However if an item is out of stock you simply need to email us and we can advise on when it will come available.
