Helpful, good next day delivery

I never received my order. I purchased a dryer from this shop and picked a suitable delivery date on checkout. After about 4-5 days of waiting, they notified me that the product is out of stock and they will deliver it to me in 3 weeks' time. I canceled this order but still haven't received any refund. So just keep waiting. Very disappointing experience

not impressed ordered the goods 29 sept told would arrive 10 October then informed out of stock would be November then they try to sell me a more expensive model and yet they took my money on te 29 sept

was given a date for delivery 16-10-20 now been sent a new email this could now be another 4 weeks very very poor company would never use again also not any cheaper than anybody else

Ordered and delivered within a matter of days. Was not very well packaged and packaging damaged, but luckily appliance was undamaged.

Was disappointed that I paid extra for the freezer to be unpacked and rubbish taken away and it was just left in the middle of the kitchen for my OAP parents to unpack and sort the rubbish out. Disappointed that I emailed the company asking for a refund and have no reply. Was pleased with the freezer.
