Prompt service, kmowledgeable, enthusiatic staff, brilliant products, brilliant website which invtes customers to learn about healing muchrooms, extensive video library, research documents, simply brilliant. What I like is that education of customers, professionals is seen as important.
The package was left out in the rain. No delivery notification or card through the door. Found it by chance when putting the rubbish out. The box was soaked through. Contacted customer services and still waiting to hear.
Delivery was excellent.
Don’t think you can do better maybe reduce the delivery cost.
