I don’t normally leave reviews as I just forget once I’ve got the product like so many other people. But I have to leave one here for Pink Noise systems.
I ordered some Sennheiser headphones and recieved them next day however the headphones had a fault. I called the store which they answered straight away and explained the issue. From the moment of that phone call to me getting my replacement headphones have been a pleasure. The staff are incredibly helpful and kept me up to date with my returns process. Other Companies can take a page from their book.
To Harry and all your staff thank you for your time and effort in getting my issues resolved it is greatly appreciated.

I bought a Line Audio condenser Mic recently and my only complaint is that the the plastic box it comes in was cracked when it arrived. Probably because it was in a jiffy bag rather than a box.
Not the end of the world but definitely slightly annoying.
Apart from that, good website and fairly swift ship.
I'm shortly to be the sound recordist on a shoot in Central Asia. After a few restless nights of 'battery anxiety' I decided to contact Pinknoise for advice about powering my Sound Devices MixPre 6 more reliably. I was helped by Sam and Andrew - both knowledgeable and affable chaps - and after working through the options with them decided to purchase a Hirose power sled and some NP batteries. The new power system works very well - and I sleep very soundly now!

Brilliant customer service
The team at Pink noise really saved the day providing after sales support above and beyond the call of duty. Even when my purchase was at the absolute limits of my warranty. The communication was excellent and I am was ecstatic with the end result. They truly helped me sound better!

always a fast dispatch and high quality products for a reasonable price. Not cheap, but there's a lot of items which are imported and otherwise would cost more (with customs) coming directly from abroad, and there's nothing of a poor quality for sale.
