I paid to get technical assistance for my laptop that wasn't working. Never received a call from support team as promised, seven days later and I'm still waiting to hear from them. Meanwhile, can never get through on the number provided either.

Hi I just received back my laptop, together with a letter from HP Customer, which pointed the fact of reparations IS COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE??
So then please send me my money back, because I was charged with 284£ for this.

I received an e mail about extended warranty for my HP laptop from best2serve. Naively I thought the mail was from HP themselves so, having bought the warranty at a price that turned out to be less than HP's, and finding it wasn't I was concerned.

I had occasion to speak to HP however and they reassured me best2serve was one of their partners and the warranty is with HP. So, I am happy again

My own fault for not reading the information carefully enough, but I feel it was a little misleading, the "2 years" being in large type but the fact that this was 2 years from the date of purchase, not from now was in smaller type.
