BECAUSE I WANTED A PAPER COPY I BELIEVE WHEN YOU PURCHASE ONLINE YOU SHOULD BE SENT A RECEIPT, NOT EVERYONE HAS PRINTERS TO PRINT OFF THE INFO SO THEREFORE I HAVE BEEN FLEECED.

Factory reset discs are a must have and worth having, but they did not resolve the error code problem for windows 8.1 update not working i.e none stop running overloading the CPU.
Which required the optional windows update KB3102812 be installed to replace/repair files so windows update works correctly.

Absolutely rubbish Extended the warranty on my new laptop for three years and according to my receipt I purchased the laptop on 17-10-2018, I didn't, I purchased it on 29-11-2018.
I don't know how they deduce this I mean this falls a good six weeks less than a full three years. I feel cheated.

Purchased new computer on 12/11/2018, purchased 3YEAR WARRANTY EXTENSION on 15/11/2018 and lost 1 YEAR AND 2 MONTHS WARRANTY IN 2 DAYS, I don't know what EXTENSION means in the Netherlands but I have always taken it to mean to add on to an existing product i.e. to extend the life or size of a product, therefore to call this warranty an EXTENSION is misleading and false advertising

HP warranty renewal was very confusing. The renewal referred to extension for 2 years or 3 years. It was not clear whether this was for a further 2/3 years or 2/3 years from the original start date. Also, the price of the renewal changed during the process. I renewed for approx £ 71 but was quoted over £ 100 at some point. It worked in the end but was a hassle.

I received one about ten months ago, it worked once then it wouldnt work again. thinking it must be faulty i ordered another one, the new one would not work at all, i got in touch with best2serve they told me to get in touch with HP which is just about impossible so i returned it hopefully with a full refund.
not impressed at all.
