Bom Dia. Lamentamos desde já o seu descontentamento, mas no próprio dia em que efetuou a encomenda informamos que o valor do envio de baterias para as Ilhas tem que ser efetuado por via marítima já que não é permitido o envio aéreo e por isso o valor dos portes é mais elevado. Realice el pedido de un articulo de la web y luego ha resultado que no estaba en stock. Me propusieron cambiar el articulo por otro equivalente y a fecha de hoy aun no me ha llegado (una semana después). En ningún momento me han informado de la demora, he preguntado y me han confirmado que me llegara la semana próxima, es decir, en total dos semanas......

I buy a mainboard for a samsung tv and pay on paypal and day after they send me a mesage saying that it cost 43euros more . Open dispute on paypal and now I'm whaiting the money more than a week .Not recomended seller. Very bad experience

Order was cancelled with no explanation (I just received an automated email saying my order had been cancelled) and when I emailed to find out what the problem was I got a 6 word reply.
