I love the prints from Desenio ! However, I still haven’t received my order. I ordered 10 days before Christmas as a present ! We’re now into January and I still haven’t got my delivery, it has been nearly 4 weeks :(

I did not choose to pick-up option, but automatically applied, and could not change the delivery location. The planning poster did not describe how we use it. It seems written on the paper directory (so looks like special effect paper) but written on the acrylic board.

The prints were lovely but I felt the oak frames were of very poor quality. So much so that I’ve purchased different frames from another supplier

Never again!

The frame that we ordered arrived damaged and unusable and I submitted a customer form as requested on the website which stated it would be responded to within 48 hours. I submitted the form on Wednesday 13th March and had heard nothing by Monday 19th March so I followed it up and finally got a response confirming the we would get a refund but that it would take up to 14 days before it would hit our bank account. This is the third time that we have ordered frames from Desenio which have arrived damaged. I find the delay on responding unacceptable and I do not think that it should take up to 14 days to get our money back. I would not buy from your company again and I am still not sure that I will receive the promised refund.

My order didn’t arrive; I had to call to chase it and was told it had been mistakenly cancelled; no recompense was offered so I suggested express shipping if I re did the order; when I worked it out though the offer had expired meaning my prints would have cost more. I did run this by the sales assistant however she was unwilling to look at the numbers and suggested I do it myself and call back; long story short I didn’t call back as have lost faith in the companies ability to handle complaints

We had faulty frame sent and a creased poster etc . Have tried to send them an email detailing this but it does not show up as sent and I can't get through to them .Disappointed as previously we have been pleased with the products . We do not want a refund just a replacement for damaged items . Also we signed up to get 30% discount on posters but discount did not come off order . Annoyingly the next day if we had placed ordered then we would have saved £14 aprox .

Badly creased picture

Upon delivery of my package I was concerned to see that the cardboard envelope containing my picture was quite badly creased in several places. I hoped that the picture inside was OK, but it had matching creases. The envelope was pretty lightweight and had clearly been mishandled during transit, but I think if sturdier packaging had been used, like a postal tube, then it would probably have arrived intact.

I am so disappointed with this service. when I recieved my framed poster the frame was damaged and the poster doesn't look good in the framed. I paid almost £100 for this service which is a lot of money for me.i tried to contact DESENIO on several occasions through the website and still have heard nothing. I have had to contact PayPal.

My delivery hasn’t arrived within the allotted time you can’t get through to customer services and I have not received a response about my enquiry via the online response form just another automatic reply! Simply not good enough I will not purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone.

Two of the posters arrived damaged. They are A1 size and had creases across them. The packaging they arrived in was not very sturdy given the fragile nature of the posters. I emailed Desenio straight away with pictures and after 5 days I’ve still not had a response.

The returns process has been arduous and still not sorted. A £20 postage charge for 2 cushion covers seems extortionate. The cushion covers are a good design overall but the colour wasn’t what I wanted hence the reason for return.

Still Not Happy But It Is What It Is

I didn't like that my initial query was answered off pat and that I had to request a follow up. Essentially I felt gaslighted. I liked that my queries were dealt with promptly. However, I don't feel satisfied with the response. My poster is faded and not as vibrant as shown on Desenio's site.
